Cloud & DevOps Engineer with Agentic AI
I architect resilient cloud platforms and automated delivery pipelines that bridge infrastructure and application deployment. From containerised microservices to agentic AI-assisted workflows, I translate operational complexity into streamlined, observable systems.
Approach
I begin by modelling the target architecture — network topology, identity boundaries, and failure modes — before writing a single line of provisioning code. Prototyping locally with Docker, kind, and WSL2 lets me catch configuration drift and dependency issues early, long before cloud resources are spun up.
Infrastructure is codified in Terraform, application state is managed through Ansible or Helm, and pipelines enforce quality gates before anything reaches a cluster. Secrets stay out of repositories, IAM follows least-privilege principles, and every deployment is traceable from commit to runtime.
Production readiness means more than green health checks. I instrument services with Prometheus metrics, Grafana dashboards, and distributed tracing so anomalies surface before they escalate. Post-deployment feedback loops inform the next iteration, turning operational data into architectural improvements.
Selected Work
Cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and automated deployment pipelines — designed, built, and documented.
Engineered optimised Docker images for a polyglot microservices suite using multi-stage build patterns and Maven profile segregation. Orchestrated the complete runtime environment with Docker Compose, wiring Prometheus for metrics collection, Grafana for visualisation, and Zipkin for distributed request tracing across service boundaries.



Provisioned and managed Kubernetes primitives on a kind cluster hosted inside WSL2. Configured ReplicaSets for resilience, Deployments with rolling-update strategies, Horizontal Pod Autoscaler for elasticity, and multi-type Services for internal and external traffic routing. Validated zero-downtime rollouts and rapid rollback procedures.



Designed a two-stage delivery pipeline that separates infrastructure lifecycle management from application release automation. Terraform provisions Azure resources — Virtual Networks, App Services, and managed databases — while Ansible playbooks handle Node.js application configuration and secret injection. Azure DevOps pipelines orchestrate the entire flow end-to-end.

Background
I am a platform-focused engineer who treats infrastructure as a product. My work centres on building self-healing, observable systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices. I actively leverage agentic AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI APIs — to accelerate infrastructure delivery, automate repetitive provisioning tasks, and embed intelligent security review into pipelines. I have shipped containerised workloads, automated provisioning pipelines, and security-hardened deployments that run reliably in production. Every environment I build is reproducible, monitored, and documented — because operational clarity is not optional.
